Step1) visit NSDL website: https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html or type on google nsdl online services you will reach on portal .
Step2) Choose the Application Type : On the homepage when you are applying for PAN, choose the category of PAN application that you would like to apply for. Some of Indian Citizens & some others, some foreign citizens are available.
Step3) Fill in the Application Form:
After choosing your respective category, you will be taken to the online application form. Please fill all the credentials carefully starting from your own private details and contact information and any other pertinent information that is needed.
Step4) Upload Documents: You must upload scanned copies of identity documents such as: identity card/passport, utility bill rates, or an identity document showing your date of birth. Make sure all documents conform to the required formal and size requirements.
Step5) Payment Confirmation: Once you have successfully submitted your application, be prepared to receive a confirmation message as well as a payment acknowledgment receipt. Always remember to keep this receipt safe for future reference.
Step6) After entering the necessary information in this section, always check whether all the fields are filled and the data is accurate. When you are content, please click on the submit the application button.
Step7) Track Application Status: You can also track on your pan card application on NSDL Online Services Portal . Portal provide option to track the status using acknowledge number provided at the time of application.
Receive PAN Card: You will get your PAN card after the process and approval of your application form. This usually takes a few weeks, depending on the processing time.
Verify Details: Once you receive your PAN card make sure that all details printed there are accurate. Where there are inaccuracies though, such corrections may be made from respective authority’s website.
Do not forget to keep copies of all the documents you have submitted along with the acknowledgement receipt for future references. Furthermore, make sure that information provided in an application form corresponds with documents presented so as to avoid any delays or complications in processing of your pan card application form
